Another Great Day ...
I had another great day in Corsicana. Breakfast at the church (thanks, Debbie) good fellowship around the table, then I was invited to sit in on the staff meeting and then the calendaring session. Then a quick trip to the BSM for lunch and a meeting with the Director of Missions for Corsicana Baptist Association, David Kimberly.
Back to the church to visit some with Michael Ryer and then the trip back up 45 to Dallas. I am impressed with the planning and follow-through of this church. Calendars for the rest of this year were covered, plans made, and then prayer ... asking the Father to work in this great church. All in all, a very good day.
My assignments at my church keep me from attending the Wednesday night activities for now, but that should clear up in the near future. My pastor knows my desire to be involved in the Wednesday evening activities and is clearing my schedule so I can take park.
