Many of you have asked about our children. Let me start with our son, Alan Carter. He towers over his dad (can you believe it?) at 6'8" and I don't have a clue what he weighs. His wife, Elizabeth, and two children (Oak age 2 and Isla just 2 months old) round out the family. They reside in Grand Rapids, MI where he is the Assistant Principal and also teaches science.

We try to get up there about twice a year to visit. I have included the link to their web site (blog) because they are really good about uploading pictures so we can see how they are doing. You will want to spend some time scrolling down through the pages as the pics are really good (at least granna and pawpaw think so)!
