I received an email from from the International Mission Board asking if Cornerstone would be interested in having one of our foreign missionaries to come speak to the church this fall. I responded quickly, advising that we would love to have someone come speak to us and tell us of their ministry overseas.

Within days, I received the follow-up email from Ms. Hines;

Dear Pastor Carter,

 

Prepare to be blessed!   Mark Edworthy  is available to speak at Cornerstone Baptist on September 12, 2010.  His contact information is below.  From this point, communication about the event will be between the two of you.  Please make contact as soon as possible to secure the date and discuss details. You will also need to coordinate any needed travel/lodging arrangements and cover these expenses.   Even though he is stateside in North Carolina, he will be in Houston the week before and headed to SWBTS, so you will not need to pay for airfare, but please cover his mileage.

 

 He is looking forward to hearing from and connecting with you!
