The message this evening should give us pause to consider why satan is trying so hard to pervert the Truth of the Gospel. The epistle of Jude is just one chapter of 25 verses ... yet the author alludes to numerous occurrences that the Jewish reader would be familiar with but leave us off-balance.

This has got to be the strangest book in the Bible, but it is there for a reason. God wants us to understand that he doesn't tolerate apostasy and gives numerous examples with warnings.

This photo is from an archeological dig in southern Israel in the desert near Egypt. These skeletons are now on display at the British Museum. Could these be the remains of the Nephilim? The Anakim? The Rephaim?
